Information you provide

When you submit the property assessment form, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, city, application type, project goal, water capacity, current heating method, property notes and any equipment-area photo you choose to upload.

If you call, email or otherwise contact West County Refrigeration, we may keep the information you provide and notes needed to respond to your request.

Information collected when you visit

Our hosting provider may process standard technical information such as your IP address, browser, device type, requested pages, timestamps and security logs. The site also uses approximate location and local weather information to select the time-of-day image and display local conditions. This feature does not require precise GPS access.

This site does not currently use advertising pixels or behavioral advertising cookies.

How we use information

When information is shared

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Photos and project details

Uploaded photos are used to understand the equipment area and prepare for project review. Do not upload identification documents, financial records or images containing sensitive personal information. Remove people, license plates and unrelated private areas from a photo when possible.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate or perform requested work, maintain business records, resolve disputes and satisfy legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website, transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask what personal information we hold about you and request that it be corrected or deleted, subject to legal and operational exceptions. Children

This site is intended for property owners and adults arranging residential services. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
